Hello! We're Emily and Matt and we're this year's Charities Coordinators for Josepine Butler!
Butler's a little different to other colleges when it comes to chairty, as although we raise money for DUCK, we also raise money for Grace House Children's Hospice, located in Sunderland. To date, Butler has raised over £15000 for the Charity and this year we're hoping to break the record for amount raised in one year so we're very excited about the challenge!
We are the where the legendary Dare Night originated and last year we had a wide range of equally amazing Charity events from Butler’s Got Talent to Take Me Out to a 24 Hour Basketball Challenge! Still, it’s not us who come up with the fantastic events we have on here at Butler- it’s the committee! Come help us make create some unforgettable memories by joining us at our meeting Wednesday 3rd, during Fresher’s Week and every following Wednesday at 4:00 in the Butler Bar.
